2018 finished off with such a rush, I thought it important to reflect on last years highlights before crashing head long into 2019.
It all started with our design and production of Brickman’s AWESOME exhibition branding, marketing, exhibition videos, TVC and showbook. The exhibition has been a great success nationally and begins it’s international run this year.
Mobile communications and technology
We then designed and produced the branding and style guides for Dot Mobile, the Philippines newest mobile telecommunications company.
Keeping it tech we created the branding and graphic language for SOLARA.io an incredibly exciting startup developing a unique solar energy network, utilising the security of blockchain and other patented IP. Watch this space!
Education and innovation
We continued the brand development and marketing for ASKISI - a truly innovative company that is providing an avenue for schools, universities and corporates to keep students and employees active with their simple and robust, adjustable height desk. Exciting international and tech developments on the horizon for them this year!
Creative Victoria approached us to produce a video overview of our amazing creative state for Hong Kong design week. What an absolute highlight! Putting it all to a soundtrack by Melbourne Nu-soul Diva Maya Weiss made it totally LIT (can you use the word LIT if you are in your 40s?)
It was a pleasure again to work with Martin & Pleasance, designing a campaign for their fantastic immunity products ‘Ki’. In the design development process for the campaign, we created a new concept for their packaging. So being the innovators they are in natural health, they adopted it (to great affect!)
What would a great year be without some great music projects! We helped Chasers launch their new LIVE brand 386 and enjoyed some great nights:)
We designed a brand for new music label Green Chair Tunes and created imaging, website and press release their first offering, The DMTeasers - Too Broke for Coke. Mad as.
And Pete Murray came back for some more of what sells him tickets
To finish off I had a couple of personal projects. The great TAKI ski lodge needed an image update in line with some pretty smart renovations the members have been working on for a couple of years.
World Class classic car image archive
And Tunnel Ram , a joint venture with classic car aficionado Raph Tripp, is the creation of an unbelievable archive of Automotive and lifestyle photography and advertising from the 1960’s and 70’s. This is one of the most significant image libraries of it’s kind in the world and I look forward to launching it in the first quarter of 2019!! Check it out.
With so many of last year’s great projects coming to fruition - 2019 should be another ripper. As always, I’m excited about what potential projects might come in the door as well. So, any brands, services or music promoters needing innovative, creative cut-through please Get in touch, let’s do this!!
