Central to Melbourne’s and Australia’s emergence as a true musical power, is the story of Bill May and his passion for creating incredible guitars. Today the most famous artists in the world use Maton Guitars, but my favourite insight gained from this project, was that The Rolling Stones - Keith Richards used a Maton for the recording of ‘Gimme Shelter’ - POW!!
